ULTA was in need of a new career site; however, it was imperative that they maintained the integrity of their current tools and did not lose functionality while their new site was under construction. Shaker rose to the challenge. We began coordinating with ULTA’s marketing team in order to facilitate proper brand integration with the new career site; this resulted in clean, updated design that would complement ULTA’s existing consumer brand as a cohesive user experience. The new build features a custom, seamless ATS integration with an XML feed to gather real-time data and metrics for global site usage and robust filtration options. Career area landing pages also help to distinguish users, contribute to SEO, and enhance overall conversion. The culminating result is an attractive yet robust career site that cultivates an optimal candidate experience—all achieved in half the time of a traditional build.
