- Full Page on Back Cover, Inside Front or Inside Back Cover (Color) = $1,000
- Two-Page Center Fold (Black/White) = $1,000
- Full Page (black and white) - 4.75"w x 7.75"h = $300
- Half Page (black and white) - 4.75"w x 3.75"h = $150
Formats to Submit Ad/Artwork:
- pdf via e-mail (preferred method)
- Any Mac format (Illustrator, Quark, Pagemaker, InDesign, etc.) via e-mail or by mail (on disk)
