CHICAGO — Shaker Recruitment Advertising & Communications (Shaker) was among the organizations recognized with Creative Excellence Awards (CEA), as announced by the Recruitment Marketplace, on April 17, 2009.

“We’re thrilled with these results,” says Kris Penn, Shaker’s Director of Creative Services. “Given the climate in our industry, we were very selective in what we submitted for CEA judging. So we are quite proud to win for nearly 50 percent of our entries—and first place for a third of them.”

THIRD PLACE
Shaker is honored to share this award with Yum! Brands, KFC Canada Career Site, for the Bilingual Extended Microsite in the Online Media category.

The annual Creative Excellence Awards program is designed to recognize outstanding achievement in recruitment advertising and marketing.

In announcing the award winners, the Recruiting Marketplace lauded the phenomenal efforts by those in our industry over a challenging year.
