Challenge

Shaker's challenge was to tell the story of Take Care Health and foster awareness by:

  • Capturing Take Care Health’s essence/defining qualities
  • Articulating employment value proposition for right-fit nurse practitioners
  • Complementing corporate brand materials and tone
  • Adapting across company platforms/purposes
  • Conveying opportunities/positions company as destination for family nurse practitioners

Solution

Shaker created the campaign, “People are talking” based on discussions with Take Care Health family nurse practitioners. Shaker uncovered employer differentiators, personality/culture of the organization, the employment value proposition, and target employee profiles:

  • Concept to enthusiasm and buzz surrounding the Take Care Health approach to care, as it conveys meaning/compassion of nurse practitioner role, and patient focus above all.
  • Creative materials offer flexibility and foster interest as Take Care Health enters new markets—through “We’re coming,” “We’re here,” “We’ve arrived” (testimonial), and open house components.

Results

The campaign is generating excellent feedback not only from its employees, but also from the public. And Take Care Health has found that people more and more are recognizing its name.
