The Shaker name and St. Jude Children’s 
Research Hospital (in Memphis, TN) have become synonymous over the years.  Our founder, Joseph R. Shaker, was a pioneering board member of ALSAC, the organization that founded St. Jude over 50 years ago and is the fundraising arm for the world-renowned children's hospital and research center to this day.  And Mr. Shaker’s legacy has been well-nurtured, as his children have served extended tenures as board members of ALSAC, with a third generation poised to take up the flag.
