Healthcare Recruiting Trends Survey Results - 2011

In April 2011, we queried over 600 NAHCR members throughout the U.S. for their thoughts on what the next few years will hold for their industry and their roles within it. Specifically, we asked them to weigh in on where their greatest challenges and opportunities will lie, their hiring projections, their budget allocations to various media versus where their hires have actually come from, their time-to-fill, and more. All results have been considered in light of the four NAHCR regions (as well as nationally), with Jerry Digani, Shaker’s Vice President of Health Care, providing helpful insights into what the data is actually telling us.
