Solution
- Smith & Nephew partnered with Shaker to develop a branded program of sales-recruitment tools—through a collaborative process that gave rise to “Onward and upward.”
- All recruitment materials tools were based around and drove prospective candidates to a dedicated Orthopaedic Reconstruction sales microsite, which adheres to the Smith & Nephew corporate brand.
- The site incorporates video, photographic, and written content to detail the sales employment value proposition and explore the best-in-class team, consultative relationships, innovative products, and compelling goals and mission that make Smith & Nephew a destination for superior sales talent.
Results
A microsite is an excellent communication solution to a specific recruitment initiative. This site has proven to be an effective extension of the Smith & Nephew brand into the employment space—an appropriately innovative and informative tool for recruiters and candidates alike.
