The three interactive tools can be used by human resource professionals to measure the success of recruiting initiatives, track ideal candidates, improve the onboarding process, and make the entire candidate management system and onboarding process more efficient.

  • About Shaker ST (Source Tracker)

    Shaker ST measures the success of recruiting initiatives, from a media source through new hire. It provides the ability to monitor the activity of recruiting initiatives 24/7. This allows companies to gain insight into their highest performing media sources giving them an opportunity to adjust recruiting initiatives based on performance.

  • About Shaker CMS (Candidate Management System)

    Shaker CMS is a database of information about potential candidates, from the initial application to the final offer. It provides job seekers with the ability to search for open positions and apply online. With Shaker CMS, you can search for those candidates by keyword, location, position title, and recruiter. This tool allows you to enter notes and comments as a candidate progresses through the hiring process. By using Shaker CMS, you are efficiently reducing paperwork and effectively managing your potential candidates.

  • About Shaker NH (New Hire)

    Shaker NH streamlines the communication between recruiters and colleagues with candidates as well as new hires through an online onboarding interface. Shaker NH serves to engage candidates at the offer stage, and facilitates traditional paperwork through an electronic onboarding process, eliminating the costs associated with printing and postage. Shaker NH provides candidates with a branded experience and recruiters with a seamless interface to easily manage candidates through the onboarding process.

Shaker Shares, the philanthropic outreach program established by the Shaker Foundation, empowers Shaker employees to give back to the community and raise money for good causes. Every month, Shaker employees identify a charity, and the funds raised through participating in fun Shaker Shares-sponsored activities go to the charities of the month. The Shaker Foundation matches all monies raised by Shaker employees.

Over the past few months, Shaker has donated to the following charities:

Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF), a charity nominated by Diane Sroga. JDRF is the leading charitable funder for type 1 juvenile diabetes research worldwide.

The Hephzibah Auxiliary, a charity nominated by Tracy Wascoe. The Auxiliary is a separate organization that helps raise awareness and funds to support Hephzibah.

Sudden Unexplained Death in Children (SUDC), a charity nominated by Beverly Dehn. The mission of the SUDC organization is to provide a centralized repository for information and research, develop peer support for families so they won't grieve in isolation, improve public awareness and understanding, and advocate for issues relating to SUDC.

Public Action to Deliver Shelter (PADS), a charity nominated by Lillian Vail. PADS provides shelter, food and support services to men, women and children.

Pets Are Worth Saving (PAWS), a charity nominated by Tina Krater. PAWS is a humane organization that offers adoption, neutering and assistance to dog and cat owners.

Children's Organ Transplant Association (COTA), a charity nominated by Anthony Asaad. COTA helps children and young adults who need lifesaving transplants.

Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis Association (ALSA), a charity nominated by Chris Johnson. ALS Association encourages scientific research to find a cure for ALS.

CARE, a charity nominated by Lil Vail. CARE is one of the only charities that has a presence in the cyclone-ravaged country of Myanmar.

Breast Cancer Network of Strength (formally the Y-Me National Breast Cancer Organization) and Avon Breast Cancer Walk, charities nominated by Mary Stanton, Robin Julius and Joel Weinberg. The Breast Cancer Network of Strength offers peer support services available for anyone touched by breast cancer. The Avon Breast Cancer Walk assists medically under-insured women and men to receive the screening, support, and treatment they require.

Multiple Sclerosis Association of America (MSAA), a charity nominated by Bob Goesling. MSAA enriches the quality of life for everyone affected by multiple sclerosis.
