Awareness is the first step in the diversity education process. Our approach builds support from organization stakeholders and provides a lively, interactive, and engaging session where participants drive the learning. In this session, you will have the opportunity to experience our facilitation of challenging yet real dialogue and see how we create a learning environment where all have the opportunity to contribute. Participants will walk away with an understanding of how their cultural backgrounds impact how they see the world and impact their ability to operate effectively with colleagues and how their own personal actions can create a more inclusive environment.

In our experience, we have found that in order for diversity education to be impactful, it should be linked to organizational goals, supported by organizational processes, and should provide critical skills that can be applied back on the job and supported through systems that promote accountability and reward for using the skills back on the job. We believe that diversity education should be customized to meet the unique needs of your organizational culture. Our approach to diversity education builds support from stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Join in on this webinar to discuss how education creates sustainable change.
