Englewood, Co.-based Teletech will close its Fairfield office, eliminating 279 jobs. Teletech is a business outsourcing company that is involved in customer services, web support, payroll administration and loan processing. The Fairfield office opened in 1999, after drawing $850,000 in incentives, and once had 650 workers. Higgins said the company is helping Fairfield workers find new jobs.
