McClendon mum on shareholder lawsuits over his $75 million bonus

Chesapeake Energy CEO Aubrey McClendon is refusing to answer question from shareholders over lawsuits challenging the bonus he was paid even as the company posted a $6B loss to start the year. McClendon said at Chesapeake's annual meeting, being held as it faces four separate legal actions filed by shareholder groups. About 150 people attended the meeting. Oklahoma County District Judge Dixon approved coordinating the 4 cases, filed after $75M bonus was awarded to McClendon in the company's worst year ever. At the start of the meeting, McClendon told shareholders that he'll be glad to answer questions, but could not comment about the pending legal challenges.
