Ingersoll-Rand Company Ltd.

The Winston-Salem Journal reports that Ingersoll-Rand Co. said it would lay off 110 employees at its plant in Mocksville. Ingersoll-Rand employs 430 people at the Mocksville plant. The layoffs come as the company drops its in-house sheet-metal work. The plant will have 320 employees after the layoffs. Ingersoll-Rand makes air compressors and other tools.
