HydroGen Corp., which makes fuel cell systems that generate power, said recently it's cutting about 64 percent of its work force at a manufacturing plant in Versailles and at facilities in Cleveland and Ashtabula, Ohio. The company that announced a series of deals in January with Korea's Samsung Inc. may be sold, officials also said. In all, 76 employees and independent contractors are losing their positions with HydroGen, headquartered in Cleveland.
