When the Dillard's at Chesterfield Towne Center closes, 116 people will lose their jobs, according to paperwork filed with the state dislocated worker unit. Dillard's announced in this month that it would close the underperforming department store. There are four other sites in the Richmond area. No severance packages will be offered to the affected Dillard's employees, which include sales associates, managers and housekeeping personnel, according to a letter filed with the state.
