CVS/Caremark Corporation

CVS Caremark will shut down its mail-order pharmacy operations in Phoenix at the end of the year, a move that will eliminate more than 400 jobs. The Rhode Island-based retail and pharmacy-benefits company said the move was prompted by "changing business demands" and the $27 billion merger of CVS and Caremark earlier this year.
