Sr. Field Human Resources Manager
This position will be based out of our LAX Airport location and will be responsible for HR support and direction for the Southern California Region. The role will be responsible for supporting an employee population of 1,200-1,800 employees with a team of 4-8 HR professionals in multiple locations throughout Southern California.
 
The Senior Field HR Manager is responsible for directing administration of all HMSHost HR policies and procedures, including: worker’s compensation, union/labor relations, associate relations, FAA compliance, performance management, retention and recruitment strategy, and overall legal compliance.

Requires a professional with 5-7 years of HR management experience, including the supervision of other HR staff, and a 4-year degree; SHRM certification a plus. Must be able to manage multiple projects and manage remote direct reports while maintaining focus on critical HR processes. Solid HR skills and familiarity with all local/state/federal regulations is necessary. Minimal travel required. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a must!
