Mohawk Industries is seeking a Sr. Benefits Administrator to oversee and facilitate the annual benefits Open Enrollment process and employee communication.
Position requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3-5 years job specific work experience that includes Benefits Administration. Broad knowledge of the laws, regulations, policies, procedures and practical application governing the benefits function and an overall understanding of other HR functional areas and an in-depth knowledge of the company's policies, organization, and regulatory reporting requirements needed. Computer proficiency to include MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint, Lotus Notes and Internet.
