SENIOR HR PROJECT ANALYST   
Norwell, MA
 
Reporting to the VP, Human Resources, the Senior HR Project Analyst is responsible for partnering with various HR groups to execute projects. The successful candidate will be a self-starter and assume responsibility for providing analytical and technical insight to help increase the effectiveness and efficiencies of HR business processes. Candidates should be well versed in handling confidential correspondence and possess the ability to exercise a high degree of discretion and initiative in successfully dealing with a wide variety HR programs.
 
Specifically, the Senior HR Project Analyst will:
• Create HR metrics reports and presentations with emphasis on identifying new trends.
• Define strategies and metrics to measure organizational impact and capability of the HR programs.
• Initiate the lead on designing Human Resources metrics strategy.
• Consolidate and analyze different HR reporting tools.
• Drive higher efficiency by identifying and implementing improvements to the HR Metrics Process.
 
Qualifications include:
• HR/Business-related bachelor's degree and/or equivalent.
• 3+ years experience in HR environment analyzing data.
• An excellent understanding of the HR functions and strategic operations.
• Advanced level of proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Outlook.
• Knowledge of Discoverer Report Writer.
• In-depth knowledge of Oracle HR database design and information retrieval.
• Excellent verbal/written communication, analytical, problem-solving, presentation, decision-making, leadership, negotiation, multitasking, organizational and planning skills.
• Proven ability to interact successfully with all levels of the organization.
• Ability to work in and strongly contribute to a team environment.
• Ability to work independently to meet assigned project deadlines.
PHR and/or SPRH a plus.
