We are currently seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to join our office located in San Francisco, CA.

SENIOR HR BUSINESS PARTNER – San Francisco, CA

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior executives and management to develop and execute plans that optimize talent, structure, process and culture
  • Implement key performance management initiatives including: goal setting, mid-year and annual-review process, promotions, and talent review/succession planning program
  • Act as single point of contact for HR-related issues/questions
  • Develop strategic staffing plans and provide recruiting support to the client team
  • Manage employee relation issues including performance improvement plans and discipline issues, investigations
  • Ensure equity in compensation process
  • HR metrics/dashboard statistics
  • Utilize COEs for training/development, compensation and benefits
  • Deliver regional training and integrated talent management for assigned client group
  • Implement new business transitions
  • Execute “Employer of Choice” strategy

    Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree with major concentration in HR related field; advanced degree is preferred
  • Minimum of 5-8 years experience in client-focused HR Generalist role, including staffing, employee relations, integrated talent management and labor relations experience
  • Ability to establish relationships with all levels of an organization
  • Capability to work with senior management and staff levels
  • Strong presentation and organizational skills
  • Strong collaboration skills and high integrity
  • Results oriented, self starter, and motivated professional
  • Passion for HR
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
