RECRUITER/HR GENERALIST - FLORIDA

Empirian Property Management, Inc., a fast growing management company in the real estate industry, with properties in 17 states, seeks a Regional HR Recruiter/Generalist for the state of Florida. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for assisting property personnel in the recruiting process to include reviewing resumes, interviewing and phone screening, posting open requisitions on appropriate websites and newspapers, etc. This position focuses on attracting and placing great talent in our company, will report to the Director of Human Resources and help with additional projects within the department.

The successful candidates will possess recruiting/HR experience supporting multiple sites. We are most interested in candidates who have great communication skills, a positive customer service attitude to support the field in their hiring needs, strong organizational skills and a proactive, motivated approach to recruiting. Ideal candidates will have the ability to attract, interview and select high quality professionals for the company, as well as strong follow up skills and the ability to problem solve and negotiate. Property management industry experience a plus; travel required. Experience writing ads and creative marketing is a plus in this role.
