Human Resources Specialist
HMSHost at the Honolulu International Airport has an opening for an experienced Human Resources Specialist who enjoys a challenging and rewarding environment with ample opportunity for growth and development.  The Human Resources Specialist is responsible for the implementation and compliance of Human Resource standards.  The HR team supports over 550 associates in Honolulu and also offers support to the Maui and Kauai branches.
 
We are looking for an individual who is passionate about people and the field of HR.  Effective oral and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, strong knowledge of employment laws, proficiency in Microsoft Office/HRIS and ability to maintain confidentiality are required.  3-4 years of HR Specialist or related experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources is preferred.
