The HR assistant is responsible for providing administrative support and performing a variety of technical HR functions. These functions include administering hiring and on-boarding functions of employment, preparing and maintaining employment records and other documentation, distributing human resources communications, and performing all other responsibilities as directed by the business and management.
 
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) and HR database systems, excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing manner required. Must be organized and detail oriented, with the ability to multitask. Degree in HR preferred.
