HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER
Newark/Liberty International Airport
Focus of this position is recruiting and retention for management and hourly positions, as well as HR compliance, employee relations and training. Successful candidate will have 3-5 years HR management experience, and a 4-year degree in HR.  Will consider any combination of education and work experience that will produce the necessary skill level required. SHRM certification a plus.
 
Must be flexible and able to adapt to manage multiple projects, while maintaining focus on critical HR processes. Must have solid HR skills and familiarity with all local/state/federal regulation, effective problem-solving skills, excellent communication and listening skills and good judgment.
