Associate Director of Career Services
Vienna, VA

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct mock interviews and assist students with resume preparation.
  • Prepare placement statistics rates.
  • Participate in Career Development courses.
  • Maintain a 92 - 96% placement rate.
  • Meet with Candidates in order to assist with placement.
  • Cold call prospective employers, set appointments and develop job leads for graduates.
  • Conduct employment verifications.
  • Develop an archive of student resumes.
  • Analyze placement statistics
  • Achieve placement rates of 40% by graduation, 80% by 90 days and 95% by 180 days.

    Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in related field; Human Resources or Recruiting Experience preferred
  • School industry background.
  • Experience in cold calling.
  • Outside sales background.
  • Industry Company relationships.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Detail orientatation and ability to meet goals.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to work with all levels of graduates.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Proficiency in the use of the Web.
