Chris brings 14 years of recruitment advertising and human capital talent solutions experience to clients, specializing in talent acquisition strategies, employer branding, recruitment marketing, and candidate/employee communications. She provides consultative insight to senior-level human resource and marketing executives, driving strategies for Fortune 500 clients such as Target, UPS, and Yum! Brands. Her focus is client solutions oriented, helping them build long-term employment brand equity, create unique employer-candidate experiences, and use targeted media and communications to reach highly defined goals and objectives. This includes analyzing new emerging media and communication platforms. Chris also helps international clients link their brand and recruitment strategies together, so that they can portray themselves externally as one unified organization, while at the same time maximizing local strategies at the country level.
Chris has written and co-authored numerous articles in various industry publications and online resource newsletters, and has participated as a speaker at The Conference Board in New York, the National Restaurant Association Conference, and various local HR forums, and has conducted webinars for organizations like The Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Chris is also an active member of SHRM, EMA, the Human Resource Management Association of Chicago (HRMAC) and the Executives Club of Chicago. Previous experience includes work within municipal economic development, retail recruitment, and marketing research. Chris holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Industrial Psychology from Elmhurst College.
