It's obvious. But it warrants repeating: Your career site is important.
The career section of your website is the front door to your company. A window through which the external, career-seeking world considers you. And we’re not talking about a peephole view here, but a huge encompassing experience that should be about engagement and interactivity. About building talent communities and fostering connections. About being a best-in-class, final destination site that speaks uniquely to target audiences in ways that they prefer to be reached.
Really, what sense does it make to do postings and search engine marketing and all that cool attention-getting stuff, just to drive curious people to a blah career site? Poof. You lose them.
Your site need not be elaborate. But it needs to get it done.
