Print, Television And Radio Ads Most Trusted Per Nielsen

Newspaper advertisements remain the most trustworthy form of paid media in North America, according to a Nielsen study. Some 63% of respondents (consumers) say they trust newspaper ads, followed closely by magazine ads at 62%, television at 61%, radio at 58% and billboards/out-of-home at 55%.

For trustworthy Internet advertising, search advertising and online video ads, both at 44%, were first cited for the online platform,  followed by social media ads at 39%, mobile display ads at 35% and online banner ads at 33%.
